How to resolve when products are found to be faulty?
All our products had past the inspection before packing in the factory. Every batch of products had corresponding production numbers. Once there will be a complain, we could response and check it immediately. Definitely speaking, once complain comes out, we handle like this:
1. Describing the detials, and provide proofs, like pictures, test report etc;
2. If quality problem, please send back sample to us, then we will compare with our counter samples recorded from our production dept.
3. After confirmation the quality the same or not, then advice you reasons.
